This sporty and weatherproof sweater features water-resistant wool, a breathable, windproof liner, soft cuffs with thumbholes, and two zippered front pockets. Inspired by the pattern of the famous Selbu mitten, it’s named after the highest mountain in the Selbu area. The Fongen sweater is made from 100% Norwegian wool and is stain-resistant.

The wool in this garment is treated for extra dirt- and water-resistant properties. This treatment is PFOA-free and complies with the EU REACH regulation. The windproof lining in the garment adds further water resistance. Combined, the treatment and the lining achieve an 8000 mm waterproof rating. Please note that this garment doesn’t have taped seams and therefore is regarded as water resistant, not waterproof. This is a comfortable garment with high breathability, keeping you warm and dry on windy days, in light showers.
